I am a licensed mental health counselor and credentialed substance abuse counselor. I have over 16 years of counseling experience. I specialize in depression, anxiety, stress relief, and substance abuse issues. I’ve worked with many people struggling with lack of motivation. I can support you in developing the coping skills to get your life back on track.
